Glennon Doyle's memoir, Untamed, published in March 2020, kept many of us busy at the onset of the pandemic. At its heart, Untamed tackles societal expectations of women, following Glennon's path to self-discovery as she leaves her failing marriage, starts a new relationship with soccer phenom Abby Wambach, and starts a movement known as "we can do hard things." The book (and the ensuing podcast, now at >350 episodes) explores how to live authentically, even if it takes us down a non-traditional path.
