Follow-Up Action Planning Collision Session
The purpose of the Courageous Leadership Series is to advance leadership skills for emerging leaders and our members.
As part of our commitment to your ongoing success, and as promised, we are thrilled to invite you to our Follow-Up Virtual Inclusive Leadership Action Planning Collision Session Scheduled on November 7th, 2023 from 5:30-6:30 pm.
This session will build upon the insights and strategies you acquired during the Inclusive Leadership Lab last May and help you take your progress to the next level.
In partnership with Deloitte, IWF Canada members and guests gained an understanding and insights into Inclusive Leadership and how it supports looking beyond traditional leadership capabilities, leading us to be much more certain about "inclusion" itself - what it means, how others experience it, and how to measure it.
During this session, we will:
Reflect on Your Progress: Share your successes and challenges since the Inclusive Leadership Lab in May. This will be an excellent opportunity to celebrate your achievements and seek guidance on any obstacles you've encountered.
- We will focus on the original action planning objectives around one or more Inclusive Leadership Key Traits you chose to work on in your personal and professional life.
Set New Goals: We will help you define clear, actionable goals for the next phase of your journey, leveraging the knowledge and skills you gained from the workshop.
Connect and Collaborate: Network with fellow participants, fostering valuable connections to support your endeavors.
This session promises to be a dynamic and productive experience. Your participation and insights will also contribute to the collective learning of our International Women's Forum community.
