Please join us on May 23rd at 5:30 to 7:00 for an important and timely virtual presentation and discussion of The Prosperity Project's third Annual Report Card on Gender Diversity and Leadership. We will be joined by Julie Savard Shaw, the Executive Director of the Prosperity Project and Natalie Azzi-Mofrad, PHD, DEnior Manager, Research and Policy at the Prosperity Project.
The Zero Report finds that in the midst of return-to-work as the pandemic subsides, representation of women in leadership roles is in jeopardy, and even more so for women with an intersecting identity (racialized, Indigenous, living with disabilities, or 2SLGBTQIA+). The full report is available here https://canadianprosperityproject.ca/data-tracking.
The Prosperity Project™ is a registered charity founded to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Canadian women who are being disproportionately affected. The project is pan Canadian in scope and fills an important need to explicitly link women and prosperity by underscoring with relevant and timely data the importance of gender equality to Canada's economic growth. The Prosperity Project was founded by the Women's Executive Network and Canadian Board Diversity Council's Founder, Pamela Jeffery. Its founding members include a number of IWF members.
