Architectural tour of The Well: Community & environmental sustainability

The Well, located at Bathurst and Wellington, is a distinctive development that seeks to redefine traditional office, public space and residential areas. Designed with an Eat, Shop, Work and Live philosophy and without doors, it recharacterizes the mixed-use complexes we have become accustomed to. IWF member Karen Cvornyek, an architect who has practiced internationally for over 30 years, will conduct a tour focusing on the uniqueness of the project and highlighting the features of its environmental and community sustainability.

The tour will be followed by Lunch at Aera Restaurant 38th floor of The Well, 8 Spadina Avenue. Please note that attendees are responsible for covering the cost of lunch.
